A peaceful, family run caravan and camping park situated on a working farm in the stunning Lune Valley.
Set against the backdrop of The Forest of Bowland (an area of outstanding natural beauty), this park provides wonderful views, lots of clean open space and plenty of fresh countryside air.
The park is open from the 1st of March until the 31st of October and offers grass and hard-standing touring pitches with electric hook-ups, tent pitches, a well maintained shower and toilet block and is dog friendly.
Locally there are superb walks, golfing, fishing and many traditional pubs. The park is easily accessible from the M6 and provides an excellent base from which to explore the historic city of Lancaster and Morecambe Bay. The park is also within easy driving distance of Lake District and even the Yorkshire Dales.
The park is owned and run by the Sagar family and first opened as a small five-van site in 1982. Since then the park has grown and can accommodate a reasonable number of tourers, tents and even static caravans.
The park caters for tents, short stay/seasonal tourers, motor-homes, trailer tents and privately owned holiday homes. We accept dogs; providing that they are kept on a lead at all times. Bookings can be made months in advance preferably via telephone.
The park is open from March 1st to October 31st.
